Intel 10s generation vs Ryzen 3000

Hi

I read some reviews but but I can not make up my mind which is better in gaming and multitasking like render as I use both. So what do you think guys for example Core i7-10700K vs Ryzen 3800xt and Intel Core i5-10600K vs Ryzen 3600xt ?

not to mention ryzen offers almost the same performance at less the price. even a regular 3600 could still keep up with the likes of a 10600k

The only time I would pick Intel right now is if you’re going for high FPS (like 150+) in competitive shooters. Otherwise it just isn’t worth the price premium IMO.

Well, we'll see when ryzen 4000 comes out. A premium for intel may be like buying a Macbook for gaming. Or for anything.

I could use some help with this!

please, pm me if you would like to contribute to my gpu bios database (includes overclocking bios, stock bios, and upgrades to gpus via modding)

Would go Ryzen unless max fps is a must for you. Other wise ryzen is the best cpu to go for

CPU - I9 10900 | CPU Cooler - Corsair Hydro Series H100x AIO | Motherboard -  Aorus B460 PRO AC | RAM -G.SKILL Ripjaw V series 4x8GB 2666MHZ | Graphics Card - Gigabyte RTX 3070  | Power Supply - Cooler Master 650w  | Storage -  Working on a new Spicy

Operating System - Windows 10 Pro

if you're going to spend this much on a CPU I would recommend going Ryzen because of the performance bump while using productivity programs. If you are looking for a few higher frames while gaming then go Intel.
