is it possible to install android on a compute(not emulator)

there' androidx86 but it doesn't work very well afaik

i did such a thing like 5 year ago then it wasn't reliable i dont know how is it now

you can, but only for a certain devices (the target is a EEE PC).

this involves getting the right drivers for it to work perfectly.

Looking at the git sources, it seems like generic hardware is the only one getting regular updates. Eee PC specifics are 8 years old, 6 years for Thinkpad support (stopping support was the only response to the island-style keyboard, tbh), ...

android x86 will "work", but without any of the acceleration that will make your expericene worth it (especially if you want to play games).

 

If you however want the interface, there are some other Linux distros with Android-like interfaces, or you can go straight for other distros like ChromeOS with either ChromiumOS or GalliumOS
