  1. Please check the "Event Viewer"
  2. have you overclocked your cpu?
  3. whats the specs of your laptop? or just kindly say the model
  4. I've already asked other members, and we've concluded that your cpu is not compatible with your mobo. for you to have a good gaming and proactive experience with your pc, I suggest to replace your CPU asap.
  5. it appears it doesnt support your cpu thats why it keeps failing after a certain usage. AMD probably screwed this over
  6. it would be very dangerous for the mobo if you heard an arcing sound coming from it. my suggestion is to pinpoint where the arcing sound came from and try to smell if there are burning parts.
  7. can you check the "event viewer" it may give you some clue to what happen
  8. you can try this method: Open powershell as "administrator" copy and paste this script Get-AppXPackage | foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode – Register “$($_.InstallLocation) \AppXManifest.xml”} w8 for the reinstallation to finish hope this works for you
  9. did you check the temp while playing?
