cpu temp 91c overclocked 5ghz whil;e stress testing cpu should i get a new liquid cooler?

If it’s stable and 91 is the max it went, no need to. It will run perfectly well like this. Only reason I would change is if you want it to be quieter.

I am far from an expert in this so please correct me if I’m wrong.

It’s on the hotter side, but not too hot. They can get a couple degrees hotter without being damaging or throttling.
