G502 not recognised in Windows

My Logitech G502 isn't being recognised by Windows.

I've tested it on my laptop, on which it works fine.

It worked the last time I used it on this PC, which is about a month and a half ago.

I've tried different ports, restarting my PC and restarting LGS.

Cheers!

Logitech likes to use special apps for its mice. I don’t know if this needs one or not but you may have a missing or broken driver or driver app.  Uninstalling and reinstalling may fix it.

Not a pro, not even very good.  I’m just old and have time currently.  Assuming I know a lot about computers can be a mistake.

Life is like a bowl of chocolates: there are all these little crinkly paper cups everywhere.

Uninstall lgs and then try. If it works then, reinstall lgs and see if it works after that.

I am far from an expert in this so please correct me if I’m wrong.

Quote or tag me so I can see your response

Logitech Gaming Software is EOL. They use Logitech G-Hub now for their peripherals.

If someone did not use reason to reach their conclusion in the first place, you cannot use reason to convince them otherwise.

Maybe you can, but G-Hub is expectet to work better than outdated software.

I moved away from Logitech but as long as i used G-Hub i had to reinstall a few times because some update broke it. Idk if that's because of my pc or a software issue. When it didn't break after updates it worked pretty much flawless for me.
