Highest quality 60FPS video camera under 100 CAD?

Hi guys, recently I've been considering getting a dedicated video camera instead of just using my Logitech C920. Don't have a huge budget, preferably no more than 100 CAD. Used is preferred if I can get a better camera. I know absolutely nothing about cameras but would love if I could use it with OBS over USB or whatever (although this is not a requirement, just nice to have). 1080p is fine, don't need higher res than that, and although I could live with 30FPS, 60 is preferred. Might also be nice if I can have the option to occasionally take pictures, but it would likely be used mostly for video so also not a big deal. Has to be able to mount to a tripod. Thanks!

Probably your current cell phone with a tripod mount. It sounds dumb, but cell phone cameras compare very favorably with the low end cameras and camcorders you'd be looking at for $100 CAD. If that's not your jam, try looking on Ebay for a last gen Sony Handycam.

Yeah, figured my phone would be one of the best options. Just wondering if there is something else.

canon camcorders like VIXIA HF M set have HDMI outs and DC ins. with cheap USB capture cards works great but they only do 1080p 30 which is what I'd recommend

Why do you want 60fps? I would say a used T1i... It only does 1080p@20fps but it'll do 24 with Magic Lantern. T2i will do 1080p@30fps without magic lantern, but it's a fair bit more expensive. The advantage of these is that you'll get a DSLR that - in my opinion - still holds up in terms of photo quality and features, and you'll have the biggest lens selection out there to choose from.

Canon T6 maybe? They're about $250 used w/ lens, otherwise stick to the webcam and up your lighting game (probably the real problem, here)
