Help me make my gaming Pc

zoraiz

Well hello, my name is zoraiz and I have been a on and off PC enthusiast, It has been almost four years since I was fully into PC's. To date myself when I was into computers was when the best processor was when the Intel i7 4790k was one of the best CPU's for your PC,  back then one of the best graphs card was the NVIDIA GTX 980ti. so it has been a while, I do however know that the best CPU's rigth now are some from AMD. I also know that the new NVIDIA 3000 line up is coming soon. i was wondering if you guys could help me spec a gaming PC for me with a max budget around 4,500 Canadian Rupes/Rubles :) Thank you.

4.5k CAD is a lot for a PC, if you want the best of the best here you go:

This is a much more reasonable list that will get the job done however.

thanks :)

for the prices, first one is 4000 CAD, second one is 1.7K CAD. I wouldn't buy either because, quarantine is making prices boost like CRAZY. if you wanted one now, you can, but with new stuff being released (nvidia 3000s,) and quarantine makes it not the best option

do you need peripherals? whats your workload?

No peripherals needed. It's going to be a lighter load gaming and a bit of editing on the side

@BlueScope819  now is not a good time to buy. I wouldn't recommend building now

if you were going with 'light' gaming i'd not go this high budget. unless you wanted to get a VR headset, or really kick some gaming ass, you'd probably not want to spend this much on a PC

I would also agree with this but at least in the U.S. you can start to find some things close to MSRP like CPUs, memory, and storage but stuff like GPUs, Motherboards, and PSUs are still crazy 'spensive.

yeah. especially in these times, you might not want to buy anything too expensive, because you might be able to save up to a grand on the current top of the line PC's when the 3000 series releases and when quarantine is over and stock starts getting higher and people stop having to be on their PC constantly for fun and work and realising they need an upgrade.
