  1. Wait a week for Ampere. Do you need GPU horse power? Something like a 3900x or something based on Zen 3 would be awesome. (Zen 3 is also coming out soon)
  2. Yeah at a time like July it's perfectly fine to go ahead and build, otherwise you will always be waiting for the next big thing. With 5 days to go now though by the time the stuff you order arrives it will be out of date.
  3. get a dual channel kit of memory it depends on the game as for running at 3.6 thats just the base clock pick up an arctic freezer esports 34 and turn on pbo in ryzen master
  4. i need to pay someone on fivver to rap this
  5. budget? wait a week for ampere to launch and big navi
  6. as i said you can fit a 5700 xt PCPartPicker Part List Type Item Price CPU AMD Ryzen 5 3600 3.6 GHz 6-Core Processor £164.90 @ AWD-IT Motherboard ASRock B450M Pro4-F Micro ATX AM4 Motherboard £67.97 @ Amazon UK Memory Team T-FORCE VULCAN Z 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3200 CL16 Memory £58.79 @ Amazon UK Storage ADATA SU630 240 GB 2.5" Solid State
  7. 1660s is a better value though a 5700 xt would honestly be able to fit into the budget
  8. Hold the liquid cooler and just get a decent air cooler like the Arctic Freezer eSports 34. As for the rest of it I would recommend at least 3200mhz RAM and a more decent board, along with a 500gb or larger SSD. Also get a better power supply. Most importantly however if you wait about a week Ampere will launch so you will be able to get a lot better bang for buck.
  9. Stuff like the Pixel 4a has an OLED screen and a lot of static content, it fixes that by moving the entire image a pixel or two one direction and back every so often.
  10. Okay, do you have any suggestions on how to cut cost (res, colors, etc) or for a panel that meets that?
  11. The old family iMac is getting quite old, and I'm looking at a replacement. The main stumbling block currently is the monitor. I'm willing to spend north of $500 in order to get a great display. These are my requirements: 4k 27 inches OLED or IPS panel Approx the same or better colors than the iMac. How much could I reasonably expect to pay for such a panel, and do you have any suggestions?
  12. It's a Gigabyte Aorus RTX 2080 It dried, like a lot.
  13. THE. WHAT. you should disown your little brother thats a crime against computer hardware no you cant fix them
