Software to find out what my monitor is?

I know it is a Syncmaster, but besides that not sure.

No sticker on the back with Model/Serial Number?

Physically written on the monitor somewhere? Some will have an info screen in the menus you can access by pressing the buttons on the monitor.

I am far from an expert in this so please correct me if I’m wrong.

Right click on the desktop, click on Display settings, scroll down and click Advanced display settings, the name of the display should be the model number of the monitor.

The best way to determine this is to open the menu on the monitor go to to the information tab.

You may have to play around a bit to find it.

Otherwise try what @The_russian suggests.

If you have an nvidia GPU, you can go to the nvidia control panel then somewhere like display>change resolution, you can probably find the model or whatever.

Otherwise, you can go to settings>system>display, then click on advanced display settings and you'll probably find it there.
