I am hunting for a different case right now. I am thinking the NZXT H510 or 710 but I am not dead set on that. The only thing thats super important to me is it has a TRRS plug for the front audio because I hate dealing with 2 plugs when getting on discord. (sure I could just use a wireless headset but I prefer wired).

Anyways this got me wondering what everyone's favorite cases are as I am curious what people love and hate.

I’m gonna disagree with @TofuHaroto here and say either the Meshify S2 or the Define R7 XL instead of the C. It might just be because I’m a sucker for having a stupid amount of hdds in my system but that’s my two cent.

Just don’t get the H510. I have one and it is extremely limited in airflow and the two stock fans run load af.

I quite like the Define R6 (which I use for my current main rig), despite not being even close to excelling in terms of airflow, it's quite easy to build in, feels really solid and looks good to me (since I'm, well, far from an RGB-eyesore-fest fan). For the same reason (looks) I like Corsair's Obsidian series of cases, particularly the 750D and 450D.

For more airflow oriented cases, I like the Meshify C and I've also really liked for a long time the Air 540 from Corsair, which I'd still love to get and build a PC in.

On the note of (sort of) cube cases, the Corsair 680X is about as flashy as I'd go personally (without all the RGB I find it actually quite sleek). It's also the only one that I have mentioned that has the headphone/microphone combo jack, instead of two separate audio jacks.

I wouldn't get the H510. It does quite bad in the thermals department, and maybe surprisingly even worse in terms of noise.

Desktop: Intel Core i9-9900K | ASUS Strix Z390-F | G.Skill Trident Z Neo 2x16GB 3200MHz CL14 | EVGA GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER XC Ultra | Corsair RM650x | Fractal Design Define R6

Laptop: 2018 Apple MacBook Pro 13"  --  i5-8259U | 8GB LPDDR3 | 512GB NVMe

Peripherals: Leopold FC660C w/ Topre Silent 45g | Logitech MX Master 3 & Razer Basilisk X HyperSpeed | HIFIMAN HE400se & iFi ZEN DAC | Audio-Technica AT2020USB+

Display: Gigabyte G34WQC

Well hell since everyone is saying this I guess I will stay away from that. Damn. Do you know if the 710 is better? I assume not since its just the same thing but larger.
The case I have now is a Corsair 100r silent and I really don't like it. It sucked to build in and not a lot of room for fans. So I ignored corsair till just now and I am liking the 275r airflow.

In terms of airflow, its' better but not to the level of airflow focused cases. That of course depends on inf you're trying OC with high end hardware, or if you're just running an r53600 and a 1660ti at atock settings.

I love the PC-O11D and Lancool 2 (mesh version coming soon) for advancing case design forward. (We were kinda stagnant after 2015 with "TG and RGB" copies of each other)

I plan on overclocking eventually but for now its going to run mostly stock r7 3700x and 2070 super speeds/thermals. I hadn't seen the PC-O11D until now and that thing is gorgeous. The lancool 2 is one I keep looking at and since it has the TRRS plug Its up there on my list of possibilities. I know the TRRS plug is such a weird thing to get hung up about but its just what I prefer. Thanks for sharing.
