Goes over budget but any lower and you'd sacrifice significant performance... If $700 is a hard limit lmk and I can make some changes

I think if I went for a used monitor I could probably get it into budget. Thanks!

You could get the monitor that @Gundar posted but the monitor I linked is the best value. Freesync, 144hz, really makes a difference in shooters.

@Ahaber don't do this. There is literally no reason to waste $40 on a hard drive when SSDs are cheaper. you can buy a 1TB SSD for $92 instead of 0.2 TB of SSD and 1TB of slow-ass HDD.

This is also a really bad power supply. DO NOT BUY IT. If your PSU fails, it can ruin your whole computer.

Also don't buy this case. I have built a PC inside it, it sucks. No cable management options and sharp metal bits that can hurt you.

@rapidkillerx what are you even thinking recommending him potentially dangerous components

Sorry if I was too harsh... But yeah that power supply is sketch... Bad place to underspend.

Primarily against the HDD recommendation in 2020, and that case used to go for $25 in 2016 and was still shit. There's also like no side panel clearance so you end up hiding the cables in the drive bay, and if you have to remove it because your GPU isn't a short boi, then, well, eh... It'll just be a rat nest. Though I guess you can't see it without a side panel window, it'll probably affect cooling.

Also the little tabs that hold the side panel are so flimsy, they usually get bent up in shipping and jam the side panel in place - you need Arnold Schwarzenegger strength to rip the side panel off once that happens, and you'll likely have jagged metal after.
