pre built or not parent office pc

my dads pc has been crashing when using chrome since upgrading to windows 10 and so we decided to get a new one, im wondering is better to buy a pre made pc or build one  micif it only going to be used for Netflix and email and web browsing (the reason im slightly hesitant to build a pc is due to the fact it would be a mini tower and ive only built one pc and it was in a mid tower)

Just go a SFF OEM like a thinkcentre or OptiPlex. It's exactly the kind of thing they are designed for.

Depends on price point and use case. But laptops are also good pick for this. Laptops and docks is what our govermental offices, and many municipals, schools etc. are only using.
