Ability to make a poll public

Steps to reproduce/what were you doing before it happened?

So when you create a poll as not public, people vote knowing their names can't be changed. However you can later edit this and the members names are shown, even if they voted when it was private. 

 

One possible solution is to lock the ability to toggle this setting once it has been posted, or keep members names hidden if they voted when it was private

That makes sense. I've fed it back to IPS, although it is unlikely to be changed in the near future.
