So I have a 1650 super, it's a cheap card but my monitor is a cheap 60hz 1080p monitor but I got another old 768p monitor with vga port it's gonna help to edit videos or maybe woke as second screen while streaming, does the 1650 super support multi monitor? If so, is it gonna bring down the gaming performance?

Yes, the 1650 Super supports multiple monitors (up to and including 3) and no the gaming performance won't decrease (well unless you're doing something intensive on another channel, like 4K/60fps YouTube).

You just need to get an adapter (like Displayport or HDMI to VGA).

Oh thanks mate, I'm gonna primarily using one low resolution monitor to watch videos while gaming on 1080p and mostly editing videos with two monitors.
