unidentified graphics card need help!!

Rasil1127

hi everyone,

i just got this GPU and couldn't find and pictures on google. i believe this is a NVIDIA FX5900XT but the cooler is really weird! it is designed for this gpu because it fits it like a glove. and also there are blue spickey vrm coolers under the heat sink also another weird thing is that the fan wire is meant to be plugged into the motherboard witch is kinda dumb. the zalman branded fan does have a blue light witch is cool.

here i have attached some pictures:

any help would be nice thanks! :D

I'm just speaking from experience so what I say may not work 100%

Please try searching up the answer before you post here but I am always glad to help

That looks to be a FX5900XT with a Zalman VF1000-LED cooler on it. The reason the pictures of the card look different online is because the Zalman cooler did not originally come with the card, it was an aftermarket cooler that could be used with many graphics cards.

Edit: To be more specific, the graphics card is a Palit Daytona GeForce FX5900 XT.

Zalman made custom coolers for graphics cards for a long time. for something similar for modern hardware, it's a lot like the arctic accelero series.
