A better Linus Water Chiller cooler.

So technically it'd be a hybrid but, add a (a few) good radiator (S), before you go into the cooler. I did something similar for my mineral oil pc, it helps. The heat dissipated by the radiator is less your chiller will have to do.  I dont think if you lower your water into the chiller by 30C the temp on the water out is 30C lower. This assumes your not already hitting the coolers maximum potential, already. Could be fun to see, if it makes a difference.

Isn't the issue simply condensation on the blocks and not a chiller that can't handle it?

Just keeping this here as a If your water temperature is 10C and your ambient temperature is 20C adding radiators before the chiller will heat up the water, not cool it down.

I dissagree. 

 

Its got to do more with the temp  of the water going in to the cooler. Ture if the temp of the water going into the cooler is warmer then true, but  with out knowing the temp coming out, we cant say that the water is cooler than they outside air. This would work better if you were DYI'ing something, and not with an actual water chiller.   Water chillers seem to do exactly what they claim very effectivly, so if you went too cheap (and your water cooler is too small), or turning an old chest freezer into a cooler, it can help in those  situations.
