Is this a good monitor?

I'm planning on upgrading my monitor but a few people I've discussed this particular monitor with seem to have mixed opinions on it.  One comment in particular was the 1ms response time maybe software driven.  Another was if I'm lucky this may use a samsung display unit.  I'm confused whether or not I'm buying something worth the money or not now.

for the price, It seems decent, but for a couple more euros you could probably go with an ultrawide from ROG, Acer, or LG

I am NOT a professional and a lot of the time what I'm saying is based on limited knowledge and experience. I'm going to be incorrect at times.

It looks like a pretty decent monitor specs wise, but monitor manufactures specs are complete BS 90% of the time. I would recommend saving up for an LG ultra wide on sale, unless you can find a decent review of this one online.

Buy from reputable known brands like ROG, Samsung, Dell, etc unless you have some good evidence that this off brand monitor is worth it (like a reputable review from a trusted source like LTT or something).

Like stated above, UW's are iffy from random manufacturers, especially when they're promising these specs at that price. I second waiting for a quality LG, AW, Samsung, Asus, etc to go on sale.
