Ryzen 5 3600 stock cooler ok?

If not OC is the stock cooler ok or should i look for something better?

Yes the stock cooler is good if you don't plan to overclock

Using Prime95 for 30 min gets me a temp of 86C in a open case.

Do you realistically use any workloads that even get close to the intensity of P95?

Prime 95 is a stress test and not an everyday thing
