New build, graphics card issue?

So I have recently build a pc with a Ryzen 5 1600 CPU, gigabyte A320M-S2H motherboard, Rx 590, 16gb RAM and an Ace power supply.

When I power it on the system fans spin, CPU fan spins, graphics card fans spin and the power LEDs for the card glow as well. But no matter what I do, I don't get a display. Any ideas?

Ace power supply

This is way too vague. If you could add a pcpartpicker list with your exact specs so we can see what you're working with, that would be ideal. Also, did you get the Ryzen 5 1600 AF, or the original 14nm version?

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

What motherboard are you using? Make sure you are plugging the display connector into the graphics card and not the motherboard, and make sure all power connectors are all the way plugged in.

I have a hdmi cable plugged into the graphics card, I've tried multiple cables as well. My mother board is a gigabyte A320M-S2H

Ace is a fire hazard tier PSU brand that, honestly, not even a cheap OEM would touch with a 100 foot pole. They don't even meet 80+ efficiency levels and most of the PSU models I see online (VERY few and far between) don't even have PCIe connectors on them. I highly suspect OP has a 500 or so watt variant which lacks all PCIe cables but we'll need pictures or something to verify.
