air pressure leak testers

These air pressure leak testers seem to be getting more popular.

i ordered one for my new build.

When using on whats the general rules?

stay under 0.5 bar  and leave for 15 minutes compared to the old method of leak testing?

any other tips would be helpful.

Depends on what you are testing (mininimum 15 minutes testing):

Waterblock alone: 1 bar

Reservoir alone: 0.6 bar

Distro Plate alone: 0.3 bar

Radiator alone: 0.6 bar

Whole loop: 0.3 bar

@kiwibacon Do you have a link for the one that you got? I'm planning a build and will will need to do a air pressure test on certain components.

Thanks!
