My FPS is low after BIOS update.

I recently updated my BIOS (hadn't updated it since I bought this PC) and noticed my FPS dropped from 140-130 to 100-90, ~75 in some situations.
I am a noob so I have no idea of why this is happening. Please help.

 

New BIOS version: 5407 - 2020/01/15
Previous version: 4023 - 2018/09/21

Motherboard: ASUS Prime A320M-K/BR

AMD Ryzen 5 2400G 8GB RAM

No graphics card.
