Pc suddenly restarts without any warning and stuck at bios screen

Hello everyone, 

I recent had this problem, I have been using this computer for past 3 years. The specs are:

AMD phenom II X2 570 Black edition

DDR3 1333mhz 4gb ram (2*2gb of ram)

No graphics card

Delta electronics 250W PSU

So the problem is that when I use the pc it randomly turns of and then restarts in to the bios screen ant stuck after 

"Press DEL to run setup

 Press F11 for BBS POPUP

1 AMD North Bridge, Rev c3"

But when the computer is on it handles heavy work load easily like playing games or editing. But crashes when doing random stuff. No particular reason. And after restarting works fine and then again randomly turns off. No heating issue, temps are good.

Check Windows Event Viewer for critical 'Kernel Power' logs and see if they give any more information.

 

Also try running memtest86 to see if your RAM is OK.

 

Other than that, it could be a bad power supply.
