Looks like USB-B, you usually find it on printers.

I know its a cable, to enable the USB ports on my monitor. I cant remember what its called.... I know some midi keyboars use this port.

You would also find this cable on older printers and scanners. You need a USB Type A (male) to USB Type B (male) connector cable. The input on your monitor is a USB Type B

(female).
