Looks solid even tho you could have a 780ti and a 250gb ssd if you cut down on the ram, the case (get an R4 or an NZXT 440 or a NZXT 630) ,the psu (Corsair RM Series are great for the price), and the CPU cooler (get a good looking Aircooler like the Dark Rock 3 or the Dark Rock 3 Pro)

Just a warning: The Corsair AF fans seem to be loud (in my experience). But yeah, it seems pretty good.

Looks good.

I'd go with a Seasonic power supply but the AX series is good as well (I think that's what you're going with yes?).

They both have similar warranties so it's not really a huge issue.

I love the lighting the case provides.

I'd maybe consider a larger SSD if you're going to use it as a scratchdisk as well as OS/program storage. It usually isn't much more. for 250GB.

I don't know much about aftermarket case fans, but I'm curious to know - any particular reason to have 1x 140 mm Corsair fan and 2x 140 mm Noctua fans?

The noctua fans are going to be used on the radiator in pull and the corsair fan is going to be the intake on the back

Looks fine. You could probably save some money with cheaper parts though.

Unless you're doing it more frequently, you should be fine with an i5. The i7 is only moderately better than the i5 at best.

There shouldn't be a need to put Noctua fans on the X60 radiator.

There is already a rear fan. If you want to change it from exhaust to intake simply turn it around. Although you may want to see what temps are like as is before switching things around.

Do you have any comparisons between the stock and the noctua once @brob

Sadly I don't. I've see the odd report here and there of people who have opted to use Noctua fans instead of stock. Unfortunately they haven't posted any hard data. As you can see in the last comparison I posted previously, the X60 can be quite loud in Extreme mode. But then any fans, including Noctua get noisy at full speed. As you can see in http://www.anandtech.com/bench/product/925?vs=924, there is only a 3.3C degree difference between Extreme and Silent mode. Unless one is shooting for maximum cooling, Silent mode should do just fine.
