So your total budget is 250 Euros?

Also what country are you buying in?

And would you be okay with swapping over to Ryzen (AMD)?

I'd suggest also selling the 8GB memory stick you have, then buying a faster 2x8GB kit (2933-3200MHz), and pair that with a Ryzen 2600 or 1600AF and a decent B450 board, like a B450M PRO-VDH MAX.

Desktop: Intel Core i9-9900K | ASUS Strix Z390-F | G.Skill Trident Z Neo 2x16GB 3200MHz CL14 | EVGA GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER XC Ultra | Corsair RM650x | Fractal Design Define R6

Laptop: 2018 Apple MacBook Pro 13"  --  i5-8259U | 8GB LPDDR3 | 512GB NVMe

Peripherals: Leopold FC660C w/ Topre Silent 45g | Logitech MX Master 3 & Razer Basilisk X HyperSpeed | HIFIMAN HE400se & iFi ZEN DAC | Audio-Technica AT2020USB+

Display: Gigabyte G34WQC

I would  Go for something like this and sell your existing 8gb stick of ram in favour for a 16gb kit at higher speeds.

This is basically the most economical upgrade you can get. The 12nm 1600 is practically equivalent to the Ryzen 5 2600, and the motherboard is compatible out of the box.

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

How many watts do I needATX 3.0 & PCIe 5.0 spec, PSU misconceptions, protections explainedgroup reg is bad

Because 2133MHz is as low as it gets for DDR4 memory, and especially Ryzen CPUs really benefit from fast RAM.

Because then you would likely have issues with different sticks and such also it makes more sense at your price point to go for ryzen which benefits for faster memory speeds

what prices are you able to find these motherboards for?

https://de.pcpartpicker.com/products/compare/kcCFf7,jcYQzy,h7WBD3,XJbCmG/

The cheapest among them is a good combo with a Ryzen 5 3600, and some DDR4 3000 or 3200 should fit your budget.

You can get cheaper b450 boards than these that will help him, and providing hes only going for a 2600/3600 and not overclocking then they will be fine.

I'm recommending the cheapest guaranteed compatible motherboards with quality VRMs. Anything less than these is not recommended, because it will hurt CPU performance and/or have the chance to require a BIOS update.

someone on another forum suggested me these

MSI B450M Pro-VDH Max = €75
Ryzen 3600 = € 170
2x8GB DDR4-3000 = €75

The ASRock Gaming K4 is a better motherboard than the Pro-VDH MAX, but the Pro-VDH MAX is guaranteed compatible with third gen Ryzen. If you don't have a friend or local shop to lend a second gen CPU for free to update the BIOS, I'd go with the second option.

For gaming, if you are only playing at 1080p 60fps, and your games are already getting that, then you won't see an improvement. But, if you are playing AAA titles that are hard on your CPU, or playing at 144fps, you will see a very big improvement.

you'd be getting better framerates and frametimes in GTA online with a Ryzen 5 3600. It will help things like AI population and render distance.

with an Intel CPU, you are limited to 6 cores and 6 threads in this budget, and you lose overclocking. With Ryzen, you get 6 cores as 12 threads which is extremely beneficial to your streaming performance, and you get the option for overclocking on almost every CPU and motherboard if you choose.
