Should I buy myself new memory when the mobo doesnt support it's frequency?

So I've been playing a lot of Rust the last couple of weeks but the problem is that I only have 8 gigs of ram and I'm getting massive freezes, simply I had enough. I am going to buy a completely new pc this summer but I was thinking about ordering the memory first so that I could get rid of the annoying freezes. The problem is that I have a 6th gen I5 and it supports 2133mhz max, my next processor will be a ryzen and I heard that they need a lot of frequency to operate 100%, so I am planning on buying 2x8gb sticks with 3200 mhz frequency. My question is, will my current motherboard and processor accept the new memory kit? I hope that the motherboard would only limit the new memory sticks to 2133mhz, but I don't trust myself. Here is my current build https://pcpartpicker.com/user/MsadGamer/saved/#view=QmqrrH . So basically I want to order the memory now to upgrade the current ones, but will the memory kit work with my motherboard/processor or not?

This is the kit that I want to buy.
