FWhen I surf the web,I find a 100 USD 24 inch monitor that from a brand called "Atas".

It have a warranty for 3 years. 

Should I buy it ?

Who's the warranty through, and how is it redeemed?

I haven't heard of them.

i cant find anything on Atas monitors at all. so just by that doesnt look good
