If I remember correctly :

-G-sync monitors are certified by Nvidia and have the G-sync module built-in. Only works with Nvidia GPUs.

-G-sync compatible are basically freesync monitors with specs similar to G-sync but without the module, they work on both AMD and NVDIA GPUs.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 3700x / GPU: Asus Radeon RX 6750XT OC 12GB / RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 2x8GB DDR4-3200
MOBO: MSI B450m Gaming Plus / NVME: Corsair MP510 240GB / Case: TT Core v21 / PSU: Seasonic 750W / OS: Win 10 Pro

yes. I wonder if there is some real difference while gaming - like smoothness, lag etc thanks

I have both and can't tell the difference but I play at 1440p 120hz, 1440p 144hz and 4k 60hz.

The 144hz monitor is a LG 32" with a G-sync module and my LG OLED TV is G-sync compatible.

Both are better than my Freesync monitor with a Nvidia GPU but my GPU is capable of doing the frames at the refresh rate of the monitor so I rarely have an issue.
