Windows 11 making a beeping sound like sticky keys when login in

No, sticky keys are not enabled, and the pc kinda "lags" while making the beeping noises when i reboot and login to my pc, or start up from a cold boot. What setting could be causing this? How do i find the root of the problem?

i9-9900k 5.0ghz, 16gb Corsair 3600mhz, Asrock phantom itx z390 Mobo, RTX 3060ti, 1TB+1TB Western digital NVME, InWin A1, Noctua NH-U12S
