@Koaz42944

This isn't a chat room, twitter or reddit, forums work differently. Your constant replies one after the other is considered spamming here.

I suggest that you post your replies all at once and that you be patient (people might not reply for hours). If that's not ok, then I suggest that you look at other platforms.

I also strongly suggest that you read the Community Standards (forum rules) and the guide for new users.

The thread was locked because of the constant spamming, and because you seem to think your new PSU will fix your temperature issue. When that doesn't happen, you're welcome to create a new thread in the Troubleshooting section and to listen to people's advice when they try to help.

Do test your overclock with a high load for at least 10 minutes. Just because it works doesnt mean it's stable, the temps are ok or the voltages are within safe limits.

If that's the temp under 100% full load then so be it. Also quote people so they see the response and try to keep it in one part.

@Koaz42944 you can edit your comments to add extra comments if you need to. image.png.9868c84b28b9ec78a8f1769ed262002f.png No need to make a new comment for every few words like this is Facebook or Twitter, as this is considered post farming (posting a lot to try and artificially increase your post count).

70ºC with the stock Ryzen cooler is perfectly safe. The processor can safely operate up to 95ºC before it will thermal throttle itself, most people make sure it stays under 80ºC, so 70ºC is a very good result.

Your CPU is not being tortured at 70ºC. You're perfectly fine with those results as mentioned by multiple users (who have worked with Ryzen CPU's for a while now).

Just up the core clock slowly by 25 mhz and memory clock by 50 mhz, run some stress test after every increase. Up the power limit also.
