Your question should be more specific.

What will the use of the "cheap" Pc be besides being an experiment piece?

will it post? yes. should you build it? no. never go for the "cheapest possible combo" set a budget and get the best you can for the budget. that being said, anything under 400USD you would be better off getting a used dell optiplex and slapping an RX580 8GB/GTX 1060 6GB/GTX 1070

that's an awful build, the 3000G is so far ahead of the A4-3300, which is a dual core from Pre-Bulldozer era...

In Australia you can't build one cheaper than you can buy prebuilt.

Even from officeworks (basic retail chain) you can get an aio for $447 with mouse and keyboard or an acer laptop for about $370.

You won't get change out of $450 no matter how you build a PC.

Grammar and spelling is not indicative of intelligence/knowledge.  Not having the same opinion does not always mean lack of understanding.

Locked. We don't allow "fantasy builds" as they don't serve greater purpose than growing your post count.

The variety of locations and available parts as well as suitable use cases dictate what is the cheapest working build. There are no general options.
