Do i have the biggest bottleneck in this boards?

Windows95

3950x with radeon 7850

reason: waiting for 3080 so i've reused the gpu from my old computer

and I think games will run pretty good even in this old GPU, im coming from q6660, that was a big bottleneck for this card already

If you take out the videocard you'll create an even bigger bottleneck. Your CPU can do a lot, but you don't have a GPU for video output. Essentially creating an infinite bottleneck.

Warning: the universe around your PC might implode.

I mean.... yes. A 7850 likely won’t even play modern games. But, it is what it is. Lol. Until you get a new GPU, you will be relocated to CS, team fortress, and games of that era and graphical fidelity.

not really, I can play assetto corsa quite decently, dirt 1, even doom is playable and im talking with the q6600, so i expect to have no problems with the 3950x

I really wanted this to read "Until you get a new GPU you will be relocated to CS team canteen, to make the tea"

Hang in there. You never know, by the time the 3080 is released Radeon might have got there shiz together and have something to compete at half the price.

There are many use cases where your PC probably doesn't bottleneck at all so I would say no.

All PCs have bottlenecks and they vary depending on the task at hand.

Just having a very powerful CPU puts you in a great place to avoid lots of potential bottlenecks.
