Is it possible to convert a samsung display to hdmi

I've seen old iPhone screens with an admin adapter for testing.

But when I look it up I get it dongles.

 

It was supposed to be for a hypothetical pie handheld, I was just curious because of this video. He paid $80 for an amoled screen with hdmi built in. The same process of the note 9 replacement screen without hdmi.

And from tutorials where laptop displays are converted into monitors with $30 adapters, I was hoping I could just google it.

 

But even if it exists what am I supposed to google to find it?
