The command "watch n.2 sensors" works fairly well. If your on a Asus board you may need asus-wmi-sensors-dkms installed along with headers for your kernel. Depending on your distro you may have to compile it, if your on Arch or Manjaro, it's in the aur. If your on another board and it doesn't show under sensors, list your board.

The lm-sensors package also works exactly as it says on the tin on Debian and derivatives.
