Honestly this is fine to inform customer in my shop about since they're not tech savvy in the slightest but this is a tech forum and anyone on here that sees an email from Support@contact.com (And yes I dont care that it doesn't appear as such in the inbox.) and this HURRRR I'm going to click this link for this totally believable link doesn't belong here. Honestly I've seen more convincing Nigerian Generals.

it is clearly a mass email, it should say "Dear <Your Full Name>," in this email it says Dear Customer , when it says Customer or user, it usually means it is a mass email. account specific alerts would not be sent in mass, it is really easy for paypal to input your name into the email. 

Energy can not be created nor destroyed, just converted to a different Type of energy.

it is clearly a mass email, it should say "Dear <Your Full Name>," in this email it says Dear Customer , when it says Customer or user, it usually means it is a mass email. account specific alerts would not be sent in mass, it is really easy for paypal to input your name into the email. 

Not really no, if they'd want to collect your name then they'd have to write it down manually for each individual and since many people would receive the email it would be to long to do so.
