New Case for MicroATX build

I would like to have a case that maximum height has to be 410mm (with feet)

Ideally with silent feature and good airflow.

I dont need airflow or TG.

I dont need ODD.

 

I shop around and found below, not sure if there is any better choice:

Cooler master S400

Cooler master NR400

Silverston PS15

NR400 seems to be the best among what you found. There arent many mesh front cases this cheap around

SuperPi (v1.5 from Techpowerup, PI value output) 16K: 0.100s 1M: 8.255s 32M: 7m 45.93s

just found 2 more options

Fractal Design Define Mini C
Fractal Design Meshify Mini C

seems they are all comparable with the Cooler Master NR400 or S400 too.

 

The slient version may have little air flow and may be warmer thus cpu fan has higher speed the noiser?

The mesh version may have better air flow but no cover so the fans noise will be audible too?

 

i am very confused now ...

fan noises are comparable for similar temperatures, but silent cases also block noise from say, HDDs.

I've built in the Thermaltake Versa H15 and I can tell you it's a pretty good case. It has an unobstructed mesh at the front and a fanfilter for the PSU
