Question: Bought a Ryzen 3900x cpu and got 2 delivered why is that.

It is probably a mistake on the shipping or you accidentally bought two. If you bought two and only need one or the manufacturer accidentally sent you 2 you should return it.

If you bought off of Amazon you are a lucky man they have a policy where if they ship an extra product, you get to keep it, check the charges on your credit/debit card to see if they charged you for two.

Are you sure you got TWO CPU's, new in box? Check the contents, cause maybe you got a return that was then shipped back out and one box is empty.

Here are the two cpus. Thanks for the comments also yeah I did order from amazon. Also each box has the cpu and the fan in them.

As was noted earlier, it's likely a shipping mistake.  I'd notify Amazon and ask to send one of them back (don't show them the photo of the open box unless they specifically ask for it, though).

That is actually amazing. But I would contact Amazon and get one returned - it is just the right thing to do.

Amazon sometimes makes mistakes and sends out multiple units. I would reach out to them and see what they want you to do about it. Normally they let you keep it
