Nonexistent program trying to run at startup - How to stop?

I can't, I don't know what it will name itself. The fact that cmd comes out though probably means it's done by triggering a bat file

I have a problem with a phantom program trying to run at startup. I accidentally installed this Thermaltake program for hardware that I don't have. Every time I started my PC, it would notify me that it couldn't find the hardware associated with this program. I have since uninstalled the program, but my PC is still trying to start the program when I start my PC.

The thing is, this program isn't listed among the startup programs within Windows 10. I checked both within Task Manager and within the Startup tab in the Apps settings.

 

How do I find where to disable this phantom program from trying to start?

That's what I needed to know. I found the stupid little thing trying to do a bat file and disabled it. Rebooted and it was nowhere to be found. Thank you!
