4 pin ARGB header to 3 pin ARGB

i have an msi b450 tomahawk motherboard it has an 4pin ARGB header . But i have installed Antec prizm 120 mm fans with an controller it comes with an 3 pin female socket please help me out how to connect these

You can't, one is 5v and the other 4pin is 12v
