Nope, can't explain it, because I have no idea what program that is and what your problem is,

Yes, it is a picture with some information about your system on it... was there something in particular you wanted expalining?

To be fair, the PrtScn key isn't obvious to most people what it does, if it even exists on their keyboard.

 

I'm pretty sure most people don't know what Scroll Lock and Pause/Break originally were supposed to do without consulting Wikipedia.
