Connecting a Surface Pro 7 to external display via USB C

Hi everyone!

Considering the information on the first table of this article: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4023496/surface-troubleshoot-connecting-to-a-second-screen

Is it possible to connect an external display or projector to a Surface Pro 7 using this cable https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B073H9RG9T/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1 ?

Or do I need a different adapter?

Thank you!
