Buying an used motherboard, what to look for?

I got a sweet deal for a 8700k and Asus prime Z370A, but the problem is I cant go to his place, check and then buy. But he is sending me the video showing the inside of the case, the bios and also some stress test.
Is there anything specific that I should be looking for?

Except maybe a way to be sure what you get IS the same board that works in the vid.

I've seen sellers show "A" board running but the customer winds up with another one that doesn't work. I doubt that's the case here, just watch for things specific to that board and pick those out.

Not much to look out for if you don't have the board in your hand.

When you do have the board and CPU in hand, I would check the pins in the socket and basically all the other ports too.

Plus I would test out all the output ports in the back and RAM slots too
