Bad idea.  Set it to Windows balanced IF your on a new BIOS and latest win ver

FYI just checked my 3600 gets 6900points in Timespy, so something is for sure off (tho I kind of doubt that alone is responsible for "stutters" but it may just)

Try windows balanced that should at least improve your results.

Is actually garbage for comparisons but it's pretty damn good at finding faults...

I'm guessing the system is relatively new and as such that shouldn't be necessary,  also FYI windows 10 does that automatically - unless the user turned this function off.

Yep pretty much - you should definitely TRIM a SSD occasionally but normally this function is fully automatic under Windows.

ok, i tried trim ssd, no change tho. so my score in 3d mark was bad? only cpu or gpu as well?

Did you run the test in 1080 or 1440?

I don't know, my screen is 1080p, there's a "compare to similar hardware" option, how about you try that?

Or post a link to your results if you're unsure.

Better question,  did you set windows power plan to "windows balanced"?

Well,   then that seems normal.  ?

Whatever you did it's 2000 more for the CPU as in previous test?  So I suppose there is no hardware issue after all.

Yeah both of these things could have possibly fixed it!

Manufacturer software for RGB etc is usually trash,  sadly.  Makes a lot of the features they advertise rather useless.
