Hey, as i will have a new PC, come new problems. My sister wants to use my computer for one game which she will download from Torrenting. How do i stop access for my sister to computer?

Specifications: 

MOBO: AsRock B450 PRO4

PSU: some kind of Corsair 80+ bronze

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600x

GPU Radeon RX590

RAM 16 GB G.skill Ripjaws 3200mhz

Fans: Xilince and Aerocool

If you're afraid of her guessing the password to your computer, you should probably be more afraid of her being able to reinstall Windows, or just install it on her own media.

Agreed, if she likes the game enough to be compelled to pirate it then she should respect the developers enough to support what they're doing so they can continue doing it.

The game is called Cities Skylines. It does not cost alot but if you want to play the game normally, you need to buy DLCs
