Need help diagnosing PC noise

Hello,

 

I just recently finished a new build and now I'm just adjusting the PC to my liking. There is some noise that periodically gets loud, and I'm not sure on where it's coming from. I've attached here a MP3 file with said noise. I'm looking for any next steps on how to find the source and minimize the noise levels. Thank you!

 

My build:

Ryzen 7 3700X

Noctua L9a w/ 92mm Noctua Chromax Fan

Asus ROG Strix X570-I AM4 Motherboard

Corsair Vengeance LPX 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) DDR4-3600 Memory

Samsung 850 Pro Series 512 GB SATA SSD

Seagate IronWolf NAS 2 TB HDD

Samsung 970 Evo 1 TB NVME SSD

Samsung 970 Evo Plus 1 TB NVME SSD

Asus RTX 2070 SUPER Dual Evo OC

Corsair SF450W PSU

1x Noctua Chromax 120mm as Chassis Fan

 

My adjustments (so far):

Adjusted memory timings to SAFE based on Ryzen DRAM calculator

GPU has been undervolted

Silent fan curves for 1 chassis fan and

I didn’t listen to the audio, so not sure but easiest way to determine what’s louder in the system is running stress test separately for cpu and gpu, this way you can separate noise and adjust the fans according to that. 
Other way may be just open side panel and listen what’s making noice, case fans you can stop individually with you finger
