Need help with new pc (win10)

Do i need to reinstall windows 10 after a almost everything new (cpu, mobo, ram)

I kept my old hdd

Will there be any preformance difference if i reinstall win 10?

I had an intel cpu now swithed to ryzen.

Didnt notice any problems while gaming/normal use.

Yes, You'll get a better performance and your CPU will switch on quickly.

It’s good to do fresh install, everything running smoother. But in theory you don’t have to, it may pick up all new hardware and just being ok, but windows being a windows, not always its working like it supposed to work.
