Rtx 2060s or Rx 5700 xt? (Repost sorry)

I can't decide which card to get i've found an Rtx 2060s for £300 and a Rx 5700 xt for £314 and i really need help deciding on which card to get as it will stay for me for at least 4 years minimum.

 

If anyone has any help, suggestions or places i can find cheaper cards it would be greatly appreciated (I'm on a very tight budget)

need RTX? if no then 5700XT ive seen some benchmark over 5-10 Fps increase
