Air cooler, best suited.

The stock cooler is adequate. I recommend using it first and deciding whether or not to replace it depending on how satisfied you are with the results.

I am a noob to building, but I am instinctual when it comes to tech. Fast learner.

I'm going with a AMD Ryzen 7 3700X, on a Asus ROG Strix X570-E Gaming ATX AM4 Motherboard.

I'm going with air cooling, for a few reasons, mostly having to do with upkeep. Not looking to tinker, and overclock. Just build and play, and clean as needed. RGB is ok, but not needed.

The majority of work, this computer will be dealing with, is streaming 1080p content to multiple devices throughout the house using plex. With future plans to upgrade some of these device to 4K. Simultaneously, while streaming to multiple devices, I'll be using the computer as a daily driver. It'll be an art studio for me, using programs like Adobe Ai, MF8, blender. With the option of gaming on top.

I'm not sure how much strain, if any will be put onto this CPU. So not sure if the stock air cooler will be sufficient. I mean, I'm not overclocking, but I also do not want something, where the fan is at full blast, the entire time I'm using it.

I was looking at a few be quiet air coolers. Maybe a Dark Rock 4, or Dark Rock slim. Any suggestions or advice will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the advise. It'll be nice, being one less thing to worry about.
