So my gpu is super loud, and I was wondering if theres some way of making it quieter. i isolated it with stress tests and no, its not my cpu cooler

What GPU and what style cooler does it have?  Blower coolers will generally be louder than non-blower coolers.

Also, what temp is the GPU running at?  It might be loud because it's hot, in which case that's to be expected.

Adjusting the fan curve can work, but trade off will be higher temps.

@RAS_3885

Sapphire rx 590 nitro+

its not a blower card and it advertised to be very cool.

Runs at around high 60 to low 70s when gaming.

Pretty sure its just the stock fan settings.

I only have one in-take and one outtake fan btw, is that bad?

Temps are good, so you could adjust the fan curve slightly to lessen the noise.

Does Sapphire still use Trixx software?  If not then download MSI afterburner and set a fan curve that meets your dBA and thermal limits ;)
