trouble with internet.. NEED HELP

So.. I just got a D-Link AC3200 and Im using my cable modem hooked into the AC3200.. Unfortunately Im getting around 200 download but only 5-15 upload.. I should be getting 300-30, any way I can fix this?

edit: and in games Im also getting 5-30% packet loss for upload.. need help

Idk what I get directly into the modem bc I have a desktop..

its over wireless but Ive never had this problem before with just my modem..

You can plug the destop directly into the modem to take the router out of the question.

 

WIfi can have lots of issues, so inorder to know the issue you gotta use wired to see if its your network or the isp.

the only problem is my modem is in a different room and I cant plug it in my office..

They sell cables up to 200ft. I have a 50ft and 75ft ones myself.

I think you got scammed, get a TP-Link, they never fail.
